Teaching Assistant
First contact with learners’ real questions, difficulties, and needs.
I design learning experiences that turn complex content into clear, structured, and applicable knowledge.
My work does not begin when the content is ready.
It begins when someone needs to learn.
Because that is how organizations change the way people work, make decisions, and grow.
Throughout my career, I realized that complex content rarely fails because it lacks quality. More often, it fails because it was not designed around the people who need to understand and use it.
That realization has shaped the way I work ever since.
Today, I use Learning Experience Design principles to transform organizational goals into learning experiences that make sense for people and create value for the business.
My career has moved through different areas of digital learning. Each step expanded the way I understand how people learn and the role design plays in that process.

Yet every project started the same way: understanding who needed to learn, what stood in their way, and how learning could change the outcome.

At first glance, they may seem like completely different projects.
But they all started with the same question:
What needs to change after someone learns this?
That answer guides the content, design, interaction, and evaluation decisions I make throughout a project.
That is why I believe well-designed learning experiences can help organizations reduce risks, accelerate outcomes, and create real changes in the way people work, make decisions, and grow.
If your organization is facing a challenge that involves learning, I’d be happy to connect.
